Create an encrypted dataset with raw type keyfile when particular
flag is given to userdata create.

For example:
$ zsysctl userdata create -e myuser /home/myuser

Thanks for the contribution! The team working on zsys had some preliminary discussions on how per user encryption could be implemented and different ideas on how it should be done compared to what is proposed there. Before more work is invested on the implementation I think we should decide on the direction, we will get in touch to include you in the process if you are interested in the details.

Yes, I'm in a need of user home encryption. That will be greatly helpful if you can include me to that discussion, thank you.
